# Account Management

> Update your personal profile and business details in Settings, or permanently delete your account.

Your account holds your personal profile and business details. Open **Settings** to change them. These settings are personal to you and apply across every workspace.

## Account settings

### Personal information

In **Settings**, you can:

- Update your name
- Add or update your profile picture

**Note:**
You can't change your email. Link AI uses third-party login only.

### Business information

- Company name
- Business website
- Industry
- Company size
- Timezone

Link AI uses this information to tailor your experience, and it may be used in agent configurations.

### Branding

Your workspace's look and voice live in the [brand kit](https://docs.getlinkai.com/account/branding): logo, colors, fonts, assets, voice, and email sender details. Ally uses the kit for [Pages](https://docs.getlinkai.com/products/pages), [Ally Docs](https://docs.getlinkai.com/products/ally-docs), emails, and carousels.

## Delete your account

**Warning:**
Account deletion is permanent and can't be undone. All your data is deleted. Export anything you need first.

### Open Settings

Go to **Settings**.

### Delete

Click **Delete Account**.

### Confirm

Read the warnings carefully, then confirm. Your account and all its data are permanently deleted.

## Troubleshooting

**I can't access my account**
1. Make sure you're using the same third-party login method you signed up with.
2. Check that your account isn't suspended.
3. Contact support.

**Settings aren't saving**
1. Check your internet connection.
2. Refresh the page and try again.
3. Clear your browser cache.
4. Try a different browser.
5. Contact support if it still fails.
