Each workspace has its own plan, usage, and invoices. Use this page to find pricing, manage billing in **Settings**, and understand how the Reach add-on is billed.

## Workspace billing

Each workspace has its own plan, trial, and payment method. Billing isn't shared across workspaces, so you can run several workspaces on different plans, each billed separately. See [Workspaces](https://docs.getlinkai.com/account/workspaces).

Go to **Settings** → **Billing**.

## Reach add-on pricing

Reach is Link AI's outbound campaign module. Ally plans, designs, and sends outbound campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and voice from one place. Ally drafts every campaign, and nothing sends until you approve.

### Plans

Every Reach tier includes unlimited campaign creation and sending to your list, up to the included monthly email allowance. Beyond the allowance, email is metered at $1.00 per 1,000 emails.

**Note:**
The included email allowance is contacts × send multiplier. The multiplier tapers at higher tiers (6×, 4×, then 3×). Typical senders use 3 to 4× their list per month, so most workspaces stay inside the allowance.

### Pay-as-you-go channels

Premium channels are usage-based. You pay only for what you send. These are published rates. The channel selector in the app shows which are live in your workspace.

| WhatsApp marketing | $0.07 / message | Outbound WhatsApp marketing broadcast |
| Voice Drop | $0.12 / call | A generated message plays, then the call hangs up |
| Agent Connect | $0.30 / min | Connects the recipient to a live AI voice agent (LiveKit) |
| Live Transfer | $0.30 / connected transfer | Plays a message, then transfers on key-press |
| Email overage | $1.00 / 1,000 | Emails sent beyond the included allowance |

### How Reach billing works

| Rule | Details |
|------|---------|
| **Add-on subscription item** | Enabling Reach adds a recurring item to your existing Stripe subscription, prorated for the current period. Switching tiers swaps the item with proration. |
| **Metered email overage** | A metered price ($1.00 / 1,000, billed per email) rides along with any paid tier. When a send goes past your allowance, the extra emails are reported to the Stripe billing meter and appear on your next invoice. |
| **Internal grants** | Workspaces granted Reach Scale internally, such as an ADMIN user's owned workspace, aren't charged and aren't metered for overage. |
| **Contact cap** | If a workspace exceeds its tier's contact ceiling, sends are blocked with an upgrade prompt. |
