How Contacts Work
Contacts are created automatically—no setup required. Whenever a customer:
- Books an appointment using Calendar
- Submits information through Smart Forms
- Places an order using Orders
- Creates a ticket with Smart Tickets
- Makes a phone call via Phone
- Uses any other action or product
A contact record is created or updated with their information and the complete interaction history.
