Reach — AI-First Outbound Marketing
Reach is Link AI's outbound campaign module. It lets your agent (Ally) plan, design, and send outbound campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and voice from a single place. Ally drafts every campaign; nothing sends until you approve.
Reach is an add-on layered on top of any paid base plan. It is enabled per workspace.
Plans
All Reach tiers include unlimited campaign creation and sending to your list up to the included monthly email allowance. Beyond the allowance, email is metered at $1.00 per 1,000 emails.

Note: The included email allowance is calculated as contacts × send multiplier. The multiplier tapers at higher tiers (6× → 4× → 3×) to keep margins healthy while staying well below Mailchimp at every level.
Typical senders use 3–4× their list per month, so most workspaces stay inside the included allowance.
ADMIN users are granted Reach Scale automatically on their owned workspace (no charge).
Pay-as-you-go Channels
Premium channels are pure usage-based — you only pay for what you send. These are published rates; the in-app channel selector indicates which are live in your workspace.

How Reach Billing Works
Add-on subscription item Enabling Reach adds a recurring item to your existing Stripe subscription (prorated for the current period). Switching tiers swaps the item with proration.
Email overage is metered A metered Stripe price ($1.00 / 1,000, billed per email and divided by 1,000) rides along with any paid tier. When a send pushes you beyond the included allowance, the overage emails are reported to the Stripe billing meter and appear on your next invoice.
Admin / internal grants are not metered Workspaces granted Reach Scale internally (e.g. ADMIN users) are not charged overage.
Contact cap is enforced at send time If a workspace exceeds its tier's contact ceiling, sends are blocked with an upgrade prompt.
Workspace Billing
Each workspace has its own plan, trial, and payment method. Billing is not shared across workspaces. This means you can have multiple workspaces on different plans, and each workspace is billed separately. Learn more about Workspaces.
