Manage your account settings and profile information. Go to the Settings page to customize your personal information, business details, and branding.

Account Settings

Personal Information In Settings, you can customize your personal information:

  • Update your name
  • Add or update profile picture
  • Note: Email cannot be changed as Link AI uses third-party login only

Business Information Configure your business details:

  • Company name
  • Business website
  • Industry
  • Company size
  • Timezone

This information helps customize your experience and may be used in agent configurations.

Branding (Growth and Scale Plans) Growth and Scale plans can customize branding in Settings:

  • Upload company logo
  • Set brand colors
  • Customize visual identity
  • Apply branding across your agent interfaces

Account Deletion

Delete Account Permanently delete your account:

  1. Go to Account > Settings
  2. Click "Delete Account"
  3. Read warnings carefully
  4. Confirm deletion
  5. Account and all data are permanently deleted

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export any data you need before deleting your account.

Troubleshooting

Can't Access Account

  1. Verify you're using the correct third-party login method
  2. Check that your account isn't suspended
  3. Contact support for assistance

Settings Not Saving

  1. Check internet connection
  2. Refresh page and try again
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Try different browser
  5. Contact support if persists
