Setting Up WhatsApp

  1. Go to Settings > Link Ally
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Verify with the SMS code
  4. Set your working hours
  5. Optionally set a security PIN
  6. Enable WhatsApp

Security

  • PIN protection — After 24 hours of inactivity, Ally requires your 4-digit PIN before responding on WhatsApp
  • Working hours — Proactive messages (like briefings) are only sent during your configured hours
  • Your number, your data — WhatsApp conversations are tied to your verified phone number and your account only

How Ally Thinks

Ally isn't just answering questions — it's reasoning through your request, deciding which tools to use, and executing multi-step workflows on your behalf.

Ask "How's my business doing today?" and Ally will:

  1. Check your calendar for today's appointments
