Pages
Public branded chat pages at pages.getlinkai.com/@handle. A link-in-bio replacement where visitors talk to your agent.
A Page is a public chat link for your business. Visitors open https://pages.getlinkai.com/@your-handle and talk to an assigned agent. Use it as a link-in-bio, a QR destination, or a shareable URL for ads. No widget snippet is required.
Pages inherit your workspace brand kit: logo, accent color, and social links. You can override those per page.
What you get
A handle, not a form
Each page has a unique @handle (lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens, 3–30 characters). The public URL is https://pages.getlinkai.com/@handle.
An agent that answers Assign any agent in the workspace. Visitors chat with that agent using the same knowledge, actions, and tools you already configured.
Action buttons Add up to 12 buttons. A button either sends a prompt to the agent ("Book a tour") or opens a URL (your site or Instagram). Mark one as featured for a gradient glow.
Draft, then go live New pages start as drafts. Preview desktop and mobile, then publish. Unpublish to take the URL down (it returns 404).
Embed when you want a widget Copy an iframe snippet to drop the same page into a site. For the standard chat widget on your own domain, see Embed.
Create a page
From the dashboard
- Open Ally → Pages.
- Click New page.
- The page opens as a draft. Assign the agent that should answer.
- Set title, handle, buttons, theme, and SEO.
- Preview, then Publish.
Ask Ally
Tell Ally to build a public chat page. If the workspace has no brand yet, Ally asks for your website and drafts the brand kit first (logo and colors), then creates the page. You can also say "create a page from ourbrand.com".
You need at least one agent in the workspace. Pages cannot exist without an agent to answer visitors.
Edit a page
Open a card in Ally → Pages. The panel has a live preview (the real public page) plus settings.
Page
- Title shown on the page
- Handle (
@acme→pages.getlinkai.com/@acme) - Assigned agent
- Access: Public (anyone, indexable), Unlisted (anyone with the link, hidden from search), or Workspace (signed-in members only)
Theme Pages are a white surface plus one accent. Unset fields follow the brand kit.
- Logo, or logo as an avatar next to the title
- Accent color
- Show or hide brand social links
Action buttons Each button needs a label and either a prompt or a URL. Give every button an icon. Use one featured button for the primary action (book, order, get a quote).
SEO Title, description, and optional share image for social previews.
You can also tell Ally what to change while the page is open: "Make Book a tour the featured button" or "Use our Instagram handle on the page."
Publish, share, and embed
Publish Drafts are not live. Click publish when the preview looks right. The public URL starts working immediately.
Share
Copy https://pages.getlinkai.com/@handle. Use it in bios, ads, and QR codes.
Embed
<iframe
src="https://pages.getlinkai.com/@your-handle?embed=1"
style="width:100%;height:700px;border:0;border-radius:16px;"
allow="clipboard-write"
title="Your page title"
></iframe>
Domain allowlisting applies to the embed widget on your site, not to pages.getlinkai.com.
Unpublish or delete
Unpublish turns the URL into a 404. Delete removes the page and its handle. Signup forms for Contacts lists live on a different path (pages.getlinkai.com/f/...) and are not Pages.
How it works with other products
- Branding supplies logo, accent, and socials.
- Ally creates, edits, and publishes pages.
- Embed is the widget for your own website. A Page is the hosted link when you do not have a site, or want a shareable URL.
- Contacts list signup forms also use
pages.getlinkai.com, but they are opt-in forms, not agent chat pages.
Troubleshooting
Could not create a page Add an agent first. If the workspace has no logo or colors, give Ally your website so it can draft the brand kit.
Handle is taken Handles are unique. Try another, or let Ally suggest one from the page title.
Public URL returns 404 The page is still a draft, unpublished, or deleted. Publish it from Ally → Pages.
Page looks unbranded Open Branding and add a logo and primary color, or clear per-page theme overrides so the page follows the brand kit again.
Wrong agent is answering Open the page and change the assigned agent.
Visitor cannot open a Workspace page Workspace access is only for signed-in members of that workspace. Use Public or Unlisted for customers.
Next Steps
Set your brand kit so every page looks like you, build an agent to answer visitors, or use Embed when the chat should live on your own site.
