Branding

The workspace brand kit Ally uses for pages, docs, emails, carousels, and widgets. Logo, colors, voice, assets, and sender details in one place.

The brand kit is the source of truth for how your business looks and sounds in Link AI. Ally uses it when it designs pages, docs, decks, carousels, and emails. Transactional email (appointments, forms, tickets, orders) also reads sender name, logo, and footer from this kit — not from your personal profile.

The kit is workspace-scoped. Each workspace has its own brand. See Workspaces.

Open the brand kit

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Brand.
  3. Edit a tab, then Save.

You can also ask Ally to update the kit, or paste a website and let Ally draft it.

Draft from your website

On the Identity tab, enter your site and click Generate draft. Ally fills identity, voice, and email defaults from the site. Review everything before you save. You can run this again later; it overwrites the draft fields with a new pass from the URL.

This is the fastest way to get a logo and colors before you publish a Page.

Identity

Name, tagline, website, logo, and the look visitors see.

  • Brand name and tagline
  • Website
  • Logo — upload an image; it is used on pages, emails, and (when you confirm) generated images
  • Primary and secondary colors
  • Heading font, body font, and font scale (compact, default, spacious)
  • Show "Powered by Link AI" — when on, widgets can display Link AI branding

Pages use a white surface plus one accent. Unset page theme fields fall back to this tab.

Assets

Upload reference files Ally can attach when it designs content.

TypeUse
LogoWordmark or mark for pages, emails, and confirmed logo placement on images
ProductProduct photos for carousels and decks
SpaceLocation or interior photos
SocialReference posts so carousels match how you already post
OtherBrand book PDFs and extra files

Select two or more images to group them as a carousel set. Ally prefers real brand photos over invented imagery when these assets exist.

Voice

How Ally and your agents should write.

  • Tone adjectives — comma-separated, for example "Friendly, professional, bold"
  • Voice — do and Voice — don't — one rule per line
  • Sample phrases — lines that sound like you
  • Reading level — general, professional, or technical

These rules shape copy in docs, emails, carousels, and agent replies that pull brand context.

Guidelines

Write visual and messaging rules in Markdown, or upload a brand-book PDF. Ally reads this when it needs more than colors and tone: photography style, logo clear space, words to avoid.

Email

How mail from this workspace is signed. This applies to Reach campaigns and transactional messages (appointments, forms, tickets, orders).

  • From name and email
  • Reply-to
  • Social links — Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok (also shown on Pages when socials are enabled)
  • Footer text, company address, and copyright

Edit the fields on the compose preview, then save. The chatbot owner's personal name is not used as the sender.

Troubleshooting

Generate draft failed Use a public https:// site. If the site blocks crawlers, fill identity by hand and upload a logo.

Pages still look generic Save a logo and primary color, then clear any per-page theme overrides so the page follows the kit.

Emails show the wrong name Set From on the Email tab and save. Ally does not use your account profile name for customer email.

Carousel ignored our look Add product, space, or social assets, and confirm you want the logo on generated images. Ally will not invent a mark if no logo is in the kit.

Changes did not apply Click Save on the brand kit. Open work (a page preview, a draft email) may need a refresh.
