Reach is Link AI's outbound campaign module: Ally plans, designs, and sends campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and voice from one place. Use it when you want to reach your contacts first, and nothing sends until you approve.

Reach is an add-on on top of any paid base plan, enabled per workspace. See Billing & Limits for plan pricing and usage rates.

Access and gating

  • Enable Reach: the Reach dashboard shows an Enable Reach upsell until the add-on is active. Once you enable it, the full campaign dashboard appears.
  • Ally campaign tools: Ally's campaign tools are only available in workspaces with Reach enabled.
  • Reach APIs: the summary, campaign detail, and marketing send APIs return 402 when the add-on is not active.

Channel availability

Email campaigns are live today. WhatsApp and voice campaigns are rolling out. The channel selector inside Reach shows which channels are available in your workspace.
