Reach is Link AI's outbound campaign module. It lets your agent (Ally) plan, design, and send outbound campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and voice from a single place. Ally drafts every campaign; nothing sends until you approve.
Reach is an add-on layered on top of any paid base plan. It is enabled per workspace. See Billing & Limits for plan pricing and usage rates.
What You Get
AI-built email campaigns Ally plans the strategy, writes the copy, designs the layout (Mailchimp-grade composable blocks), and renders an A/B variant. You review, run a test send, confirm the audience, and approve.
Contact-based plans Each tier includes a contact ceiling and a generous monthly email allowance.
One unlock, every channel WhatsApp and voice campaigns run through the same module. Premium channels are pay-as-you-go (see Billing & Limits).
Saved as Ally docs Every email is stored in the Docs library with a share link.
Access & Gating
Enable Reach The Reach dashboard shows an Enable Reach upsell until the add-on is active. Once enabled, the full campaign dashboard renders.
Ally campaign tools Ally's campaign tools are only exposed to workspaces with Reach enabled.
Reach APIs Reach APIs (summary, campaign detail, marketing send) return 402 when the add-on is not active.
Roadmap
Email campaigns are live today. WhatsApp and voice campaigns are rolling out; the channel selector inside Reach shows which channels are available in your workspace.
