Connect Google Calendar so Calendar bookings, appointments, and agent-scheduled events land on your Google calendar. Google Meet links can be added automatically.

This is a workspace connection. Gmail and Google Drive are separate integrations.

How to connect

  1. Open DashboardIntegrationsGoogle Calendar.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Choose the Google account and approve calendar access.
  4. You return to Link AI with Google Calendar connected.
  5. In Calendar, choose which Google calendar to sync and which services should add Meet links.

  • Read and manage Google Calendar events
  • Add Google Meet video links to bookings

Use it with Calendar

  1. Connect Google Calendar.
  2. Open Calendar and select the Google calendar to export to.
  3. On each service that needs a video call, turn on Google Meet.
  4. Enable Calendar on the agent that should book.

Requires Google Calendar to be connected.

Troubleshooting

  • Bookings do not show in Google: Confirm Google Calendar is connected (not only Gmail) and the correct calendar is selected in Calendar settings.
  • Availability looks wrong: Busy events on the connected Google calendar block slots. Check that you connected the calendar your team actually uses.
  • No Meet link: Enable Google Meet on the service, then book a new appointment.
  • Workflows cannot create events: Reconnect Google Calendar if Google asks for calendar permission again.
